All diamonds purchased from House of Diamonds have no return policy. When any customer buys one of our diamonds, they confirm they have full knowledge of the diamond(s) involved and agree that they will not be able to return the diamond once they make their decision. Once a diamond is purchased, House of Diamonds holds no liabilities involved with the purchase.
